Group Training Schedule
Our gym offers a wide variety of classes to keep your workouts fresh and exciting. There’s something for everyone, and you’ll never get bored!
Fun Fact: We have been coaching for 10 years and have never set up the same exact circuit
All Training Sessions are 50 minutes
Book at least 1 hour prior to class
Please arrive 5-10 min before class starts
No late arrivals
Sweat Towels are Mandatory
Mondays Upper Body
Starting the week with an upper body strength and resistance circuit for muscle building at a slower pace, emphasizing the mind-muscle connection.
Tuesdays Lower Body
We’ll pick up the pace with a lower body circuit combining light cardio and strength training to balance muscle building and endurance boosting.
Wednesdays Full Body
Mid week self esteem booster with a full-body HIIT workout that's all about you vs. you. This workout is designed to push your limits and make you feel strong from head to toe.
Thursdays Upper Body
Slowing it back down for an upper body with some light or optional cardio to keep our energy high and our hearts happy
Fridays Lower Body
Ending the week with a lower body strength circuit that focuses on foundational movements to help you build strength and stability in your legs, glutes, and core
Weekends Full Body
Full Body Weekend energy is electric!!
Rest assured, we'll spice things up with different variations to leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on the day
